Yea, i dont know what happened tonight but it was good. I went to the spectrum with some good friends, we had to wait about an hour for a table but that gave us plenty of time to wander to the bookstore and meander back.
I wont bore you with the details of dinner and such but it was very good by my terms and anyone who has eaten out with me will know what i mean.

Anyway when i got home i think my artistic muse just got plain tired of me sittin on my ass and doin nothin productive so she bitchslapped me across the room and i dont know if i was suger happy or somethin extra was in my green tea and cheesecake but i sat down and put on some music, ya know, loud enough to drown out the world, and just started painting. The resuilt is "Body Breakdown", yay finally finished it, its been sitting in my sketchbook for over a month and ive ment to color it and finally did it. AND the "Tribal Specter" picture photomanip thingy, i took those pics after a party and expected to use em on myspace or somethin but never did, needless to say they fell victum to my artistic wrath tonight or the best out of the few i shot.
I also went to the beach Thursday, it was F***ing cold, the water musta been about 50 or 60 degrees tops, but it was alright caught a few good waves and nearly had a heart attack when i couldnt find my keys but by some mericle of God they decided to go sponging with me and stayed in my pocket the whole time (INSANLY NOT RECOMENDED) but it was pretty cool.

When you create something, is that not a spiritual experience? This thing has never existed before, if an artist did not reach into the recesses of their mind and draw forth the creative energy and give this thought a form and shape it might never have been. So is this not the closest to God that you could get, to take part and breathe life into your own creation?

The last couple weeks I have felt very lethargic, the things that used to bring me happiness, simply don't anymore and I don't really know why. But I think . . . . . well I don't know what I think but hopefully after this quarter or perhaps sooner I will get my mojo back.
